Huntington Beach Junior Lifeguard Training

Scope of Work:

This project involves the design and construction administration of a 10,000-square-foot Training Facility for the City of Huntington Beach, Southern California. The facility serves as a hub for trainers and students, providing versatile spaces for instruction and support.

Key features include:

  • Classrooms and administrative offices
     
  • A lower-level concessions area and approximately 2,000 square feet of storage
     
  • A conference room, lounge, and perimeter balconies offering functional and social spaces
     

The design blends practicality with comfort, ensuring the facility meets the diverse needs of its users.
