Scope of Work:
This project involves the design and construction of a four-story, 31,000-square-foot Medical Office Facility in Downey, California. The building accommodates a variety of medical professionals, many of whom also practice at the adjacent Downey Regional Medical Center.
A key architectural feature is the spacious three-story lobby, framed by full-height window walls that flood the interior with natural light and create a welcoming, open atmosphere.
Huntington Beach Lifeguard Headquarters
Scope of Work:
The project consists of the design and construction administration for a 15,000-square-foot Headquarters Facility for the City of Huntington Beach, Southern California. This facility serves as the operational hub for lifeguard officers, trainers, and administrative staff.
The design includes:
- Conference rooms and administrative offices
- A 4,000-square-foot lower-level vehicle storage area equipped with maintenance facilities
- A lookout tower and perimeter balconies for enhanced visibility and operational oversight
As an Essential Services Building, the facility is equipped with emergency power generators and advanced communication systems to ensure uninterrupted operations during emergencies.
Huntington Beach Junior Lifeguard Training Facility
Scope of Work:
This project involves the design and construction administration of a 10,000-square-foot Training Facility for the City of Huntington Beach, Southern California. The facility serves as a hub for trainers and students, providing versatile spaces for instruction and support.
Key features include:
- Classrooms and administrative offices
- A lower-level concessions area and approximately 2,000 square feet of storage
- A conference room, lounge, and perimeter balconies offering functional and social spaces
The design blends practicality with comfort, ensuring the facility meets the diverse needs of its users.
